The price at which a stock token can be bought or sold on our site will always match the price of the associated stock, within a small margin.

100% Backed by Real Shares
When a user purchases stock tokens, Reflection purchases the same number of shares of the associated stock on the stock exchange at the same time, and the shares are held until the user comes back to redeem their tokens. These are “real” shares of stock, held in our brokerage account, not some crypto version of the shares, therefore the user's investment is secure.
We have hired a third party company that will conduct audits of our crypto wallets and brokerage accounts to verify that each stock token is backed by a share of real stock. They will publish attestation reports at least once per quarter.
Crypto Secured by Fireblocks
Reflection uses Fireblocks to host all system wallets and process blockchain transactions. Fireblocks is the premier provider of digital asset security for institutions and enterprises and has secured over $4T USD in transactions and 130M crypto wallets. Using cutting edge MPC technology, the private keys are split and geographically dispersed over three separate locations, making it nearly impossible for hackers to access our crypto wallets.
Overnight Trading
Reflection offers overnight trading of all of our US stock tokens, enabling traders in Asia to trade US markets during their daytime hours. Trades placed outside of US stock market hours are still instantly secured by real shares of stock. This is possible because our broker has access to overnight liquidity pools.
